Jill Daugherty has served on the Clinton County IL CEO Board of Directors since its founding. Jill is currently a CEO mentor, head of mentor recruitment and assists with student recruitment.

Jill has a masters degree in education. She taught art for 6 years before entering into small business as a daycare provider. Jill always had a passion for photography which she used to share the day to day adventures of her daycare children with their parents. This passion for photography and documenting relationships lead her to a full time career as a portrait artist. Jill has been a portrait studio owner for 6 years and specializes in custom portraits for the home.

Jill has never been far from education, she continues to teach religion at Saint Cecilia Parish in Bartelso, serves as president of the Bartelso Elementary Board of Education, Mentors for the CEO program and is currently developing a tween empowerment porgram serving middle school students in Clinton County. 

Cheryl has worked in eduation for 25 years with the last 20 being with  Kaskaskia College. The college serves the district in which Clinton County students can attend and is very proud of their high school relationships. Being able to serve on the Clinton County CEO Board and serve as a mentor is a privelge with the best part seeing students grow and mature while making lasting new friends through the process. 

Cheryl lives in Carlyle with her husband James and has 2 children and 2 grandchildren.

Douglas Gruenke has served on the Clinton County IL CEO Board of Directors since the organization's founding, and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board.  He has also served on the board of directors of several other local civic organizations, and currently coaches high school soccer and high school robotics.

Mr. Gruenke is currently an Associate Circuit Judge for the Illinois Fourth Judicial Circuit.  He previously served a period as Clinton County State's Attorney, and was a partner in a local law firm for nearly 20 years.  His law practice focused on local goverment and small business law.

Mr. Gruenke and his wife, Georgia, live in New Baden, and have 5 children.

Angela Wurtzler is a Clinton County IL CEO Investor, past Mentor and currently serves on the board as the Event Planner and Media Coordinator. She is also the President of the Breese Chamber of Commerce.

Angie owns and operates a popular decorated apparel and sign business on Main Street in Breese. AVH Ink & Vinyl is a customer serviced focused print shop. They're not just about offering variety - they're about producing quality work and delivering top-notch service. Prior to opening the store in 2014, she spent 26 years as a graphic designer in the newspaper and commercial printing industry. 

She also owns The Hive On 5th & Main, a property management company which leases commercial space to other local small business owners.

Angie lives in Breese, has 2 children and 3 grandchildren.

I am currently the superintendent of Wesclin Unit School District #3.  I have been a superitendent for almost 20 years.  It is my pleasure to be part of the CEO Board and providing this opportunity to the students of Clinton County.  The experiences these students are given being part of CEO are ones that they do not get to experience in the typical classroom at a high school.  The high schools in Clinton County are lucky to have this opportunity.
