William Waggoner has spent over 12 years in football and Boy Scouts, along with 7 years in track. He fills his free time with the work of his 2 jobs and working on his truck. He’s thrilled to be part of the 5th year of Clinton County CEO, where he’s ready to share his passion, make some progress and turn a profit!
