Last week, our Class of 2027 dove into DISC training, thanks to Laura Wesselmann of The Maschhoffs.

Students explored their own communication and behavioral styles—and began learning that the way we naturally communicate isn't necessarily the way everyone else prefers to communicate.

That's a pretty important lesson when you're working with a team, leading people, serving customers or building a business.

Know yourself. Understand others. Communicate better.
