About Me

Briana Wessel is a senior attending Wesclin Sr. High School. Briana is a LifeSaver, which is a suicide prevention program, a member of the ACES and Scholar Bowl teams, a Mighty Mentor, and a Section Leader in their marching band. She is also a member of the Diversity Club. Briana babysits in her spare time, and enjoys taking care of young kids. She is also currently scooping ice cream at Cold Stone. Briana hasn’t decided what college to attend to become an elementary teacher, and later a secondary-school teacher. One of Briana’s biggest accomplishments is being a published poet in two poetry books, “Poetry Challenge 2025 - Roaring Twenties / Ode to a Geographic Place / Dodoitsu”, and “Message In a Bottle”,  one of her poems even winning first place in her category. Briana was also accepted into the Clinton County CEO program, where she can’t wait to expand her knowledge and skills. A fun fact about Briana is that she had the opportunity to travel across 5 European countries with around 300 other students in 2023 to play in a concert band.
