Shelby Hagen is a proud member of the Class of 2026 and an active leader in her local FFA chapter, where she has served as a chapter officer for the past three years. In 2025, she was honored as an Illinois FFA State Degree recipient, a testament to her dedication and passion for agriculture. Currently a senior at Central Community High School, Shelby has also explored new opportunities beyond the agricultural field. She recently competed in the Miss Clinton County Fair program, an experience that sparked a newfound love for personal development and self-growth.Outside of her academic and leadership pursuits, Shelby enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and supporting local small businesses through her love of shopping. In addition to her strong agricultural roots, she has developed a keen interest in atmospheric science and weather. After graduation, Shelby plans to pursue a degree in broadcast meteorology, aiming to combine her communication skills with her passion for weather to make a meaningful impact in the field.
